TUNISIA Two False Idols Desert Comb Music DC1002 (2006)
Tunisia is basically Ben Craven, playing almost all the instruments here. Better that most singer/songwriter, he mixes acoustic with folk and pop with a big sound and big production, with some percussion supplemented by programming.
'Enough About You' mixes country and blues and is one of the standout moments.
Otherwise a little whimsical. It’s the kind of acoustic most modern pop and rock acts lean to on 1 or 2 tracks per album, but it’s a whole album of it.
Good but your attention does wander and wonder.
