Have it pointed towards your existing address (eg hy12567@aol.com) so that you will still be able to retrieve mail via your usual service provider. There is no charge for this service.

NB There may be problems with addresses that forward to a hotmail account as hotmail appears to block emails that use an email alias. We therefore recommend a paid-for mailbox:

If you wish to obtain a unique mailbox (so that you can retrieve your mail using a log-in username and password - independent of your ISP) please indicate on the form and we will send you details.

We will supply a web interface so that you can view and retrieve your emails (with attachments) much like you would do with a hotmail account.
