DIE SO FLUID The World Is Too Big For One Lifetime DR2 Records(2010)
A female fronted hard rock three-piece from London - songwriter Georgina 'Grog' Lisee (vocals, bass), Drew Richards (guitar), and Al Fletcher (drums, backing vocals). Formed in 2001, The World Is Too Big For One Lifetime is the band's third outing and follow-up to Spawn Of Dysfunction (2004) and Not Everybody Gets A Happy Ending (2008).
Bludgeoning, but with Grog's vocals adding a layer of melody that lifts Die So Fluid above their contemporaries. Little wonder therefore that their previous releases and extensive touring have seen them attract a major following on the punk metal scene. The band's sound has also got an accessible element that means they could easily cross the hard core barrier into the mainstream if they chose to tone it down a little.
With Grog's vocal prowess and visual presence (skin tight leather and a low slung bass) The World Is Too Big For One Lifetime looks set to enhance the band's growing reputation.
