DYNAZTY Bring The Thunder Perris Records (2009)
Swedish band Dynazty were formed in late 2007 and are about to release debut album 'Bring The Thunder'. The album has a good, solid, melodic feel to it and will please fans of bands such as Danger Danger, Skid Row and the likes. Vocalist Nils Molin has quite a distinctive voice which, although very European sounding, suits the bands material very well.
The songs are packed with hooks, harmonies and choruses, and when you combine this with the guitar playing of Rob Love and John Berg you get an album that could have come straight from the early ‘90’s.
Highlights amongst the 11 tracks on 'Bring The Thunder' include 'Monkey Wants, Monkey Needs', 'Take Me Down', 'The Devil’s Shake', the slower 'Far Away' and the title track itself.
The band are currently touring Europe with The Poodles and will no doubt be appearing at numerous European festivals next year.
