WARRIOR SOUL Purple Turtle, Camden, London, 22 October 2007
Karaoke Warrior Soul this is not. Led by front man Kory Clarke this is the real deal.
Never achieving the superstardom this band deserved, Kory is back with a young band and on Monday to a sell out crowd gave a stunning live perforance.

Blasting off with Intro, Interzone and Rocket 88, Kory still looking every inch the rock star, turning the heat up with Love Destruction.
Tracks from right across Warrior Souls career followed before Kory gave a moving tribute to close friend Paul Raven (ex Killing Joke) who died over the weekend.

The band turned the heat to max, with Shock em Down and Lets Get Wasted before bringing the show to a crescendo with The Losers.
The band returned to leave everyone glowing with sweat and a mosh pit in full flow with Superpower Dreamland, Downtown and Wasteland.

With Mike McNamara,Johnny H,Rille and Stevo breathing new life and energy into the band we could be witnessing a rebirth of Warrior Soul. With a new album and tour to follow early next year, miracles can happen.
Earlier in the evening Disarm, Jack Viper and Rise 2 Addiction all gave good account of themselves. In particular, Rise 2 Addiction - a 5 piece from Sheffield - gave a excellent show, a bright future for them possibly awaits.
