Premature live showcase for heavy metallers...
Million are a solid melodic heavy metal band with lots of energy. And live the keyboards come over very Tony Carey like (obviously without the finesse of Rainbow) and this Gothenburg gig is a good showcase.
Small stage, small venue, big lights, big sound. A little rough but some very decent metal here. Sadly they don't have a huge catalogue or fan base to draw on, maybe making this DVD a little premature, but it's well recorded and with sleevenotes from label boss Geoff Gillespie.
There's a touch of pomp in the metal and in places a nod at Zeppelin as well as Rainbow/Purple. If you like their CDs you'll love this, it is good, but not something you can really experiment with.
