THE AUSTRALIAN PINK FLOYD SHOW Cambridge Rock Festival 2007 18 August 2007
Having missed the first set from tonight’s headliners, their rendition of the complete Dark Side of The Moon album, due to a horrendous scheduling clash, a position towards the rear of the hall was taken for the greatest hits package of the second half.

On reflection, this turned out to be something of a blessing in disguise. Whilst just far enough away to be unable to tell it wasn’t the real thing but close enough to appreciate the excellent light and laser show, the pretence was easy.
They really were that close in sound to Pink Floyd, it was simple to imagine Mr Gilmour and co up there turning out note perfect versions of the classics.
If it hadn’t been for the 'aussiefication' of some of the on screen graphics, you would have been hard pushed to convince me otherwise. Tonight, they undoubtedly lived up to their billing as the world’s No.1 Pink Floyd tribute band!
