Former Black Sabbath vocalist Tony Martin returns with a new solo album recorded over a number of years.

The first there tracks are pure Sabbath in both their sound – big driving riffs and lyrics. The late and sadly missed Cozy Powell (another former Sabbath member) appears on ‘Raising Hell’.

Another Sabbath connection is the band’s long time keyboards player Geoff Nicholls who plays keys and co-wrote some of the tracks on here (Martin handles bass and drums whilst his son provides guitar).

Tony Marin has a strong and powerful voice that is well suited to the hard rock meets metal on this album. Slight dip in quality towards the end of the album but overall an album sure to please his fans and fans of Sabbath’s latter day output.
