Following on from the band's debut album released in 2005 this live DVD features not only music form that album but music from Ayreon as well.

Apart from main man Arjen Lucassen you have fellow guitar whiz Lori Linstruth and the vocal sisters, Marcela and Diane Bovio. Damian Wilson also pops up on one track as well (he was the support act for the tour).

The music is top notch as you'd expect and the Steam of Passion music slips in nicely with the Ayreon songs.

Highlights? Well for me hearing the songs of the last Ayreon album played live was a treat especially 'Vigil' and 'Pain'. The cover of Led Zep's 'When the Levee Breaks' is interesting as well, although Led Zep purists may balk at having lead female vocals!

Very good sound and picture throughout the DVD plus bonus features include the video for 'Out in the Real World' and a tour diary. The latter though is text only and possibly a live video diary may have been more fun to watch.

Highly recommended plus buy the CD and Ayreon backlist as well whilst you are at it.
