Another power metal band form Finland! Surely the whole population of Finland under 35 years old must now be in a metal band?

Excalion formed back in 2000 and this is their debut album. To be brutally honest there is nothing on here that hasn’t been done before. The musicianship is of a high standard but it just lakes some passion/soul and only the catchy refrains of ‘Reality Bends’ lifts the album up briefly.

If you have to have all power metal albums then add this one, otherwise avoid.
