SOUND TEAM Movie Monster
Parlophone (2006)

Debut album from this pop/rock act, mixing both guitars and keyboards in a layered way, giving a modern nod towards early 80s new wave pop.

Touches of Kraftwerk and Talking Heads, but this is less grabbing, less interesting, less tuneful.

Couple of decent tunes, and 'TV Torso' an interesting rhythm (one of the more obvious Talking Heads lines).

Large parts of the rest of the album are pretty non descript. Not for me thanks.
