Well, that's a pretty cheeky name for an album! And an equally cheeky cover parodying "In Rock" by Deep Purple. And just in case you thought they were serious, 12 of the 15 tracks are named after, and concern themselves with, Arnold Schwarzenneger films! Hence why the chorus of "Total Recall" is; 'Get your ass - get your ass to Mars!'
Musically, it's a mixture of hardcore and metal, underpinned by guttural Austrian accented vocals and men dressed in combat fatigues - and although I am no expert, I suspect it may be a German accent.
However, this is a band dedicated to perpetuating the myth, which is what rock'n'roll should be about. I'm not interested in how often your father fiddled with you - I want uniforms, fake accents and bad action movies.
Although, of course, living the fantasy, ArnoCorps claim their songs are about old Austrian folk tales, which Arnold has since bastardised for his own commercial gain.
Musically, they're not breaking new ground, but lyrically and visually they are as mad as a whole hatshop of hatters, and for this they are to be commended.
You might not play the CD too often, except at drunken parties or paintball day outs, but it is a laugh, and well worth a listen.
