COMPETITION RULES: BEST OF 2016 POLL

1. The winner will be notified by Tuesday 20 December 2016 and will be the first entry pulled at random from all those contestants who have submitted their email address to enter a Prize Draw.

2. Each poll vote secures one entry into the Prize Draw so if a participant votes in each of the three polls they will be entered three times in the draw.

3. You don't need to make a purchase from Get Ready to ROCK! or subscribe to a newsletter or website to take part.

4. The competition prize/total quantity available is as described in the relevant competition page.

5. The competition result is final and no correspondence will be entered into.

6. No cash alternative is available.

7.  The winner will be notified by email by Tuesday 20 December and asked to confirm their entry details by return.  Participants should check their emails on or around this date, including any junk mail folder.  Get Ready to ROCK! cannot be held responsible for non-receipt of any email.  If a reply is not received within 48 hours of notification we reserve the right to allocate the prize to another entrant.

8. Prizes will be despatched soon after winners are notified. However, Get Ready to ROCK!/sponsor labels cannot be held responsible for any non-receipt or loss in transit of prizes.  Whilst every effort is made to ensure prompt despatch when appropriate Get Ready to ROCK! cannot be held responsible for third-party delays.

9. Employees of Get Ready to ROCK!/sponsor labels are not eligible to enter the competition.

10. Closing date: 16.12.16 - 23.59 GMT

11. Winner will be determined in a random drawing on or about 19 December 2016  from among all eligible entries submitted during the competition period conducted by representatives of Sponsor, whose decisions are final and binding in all matters relating to this competition.
