ELECTRIC EARTH Volume 2 Words Unspoken
Mausoleum (2007)

Electric Earth

This Swedish band play a modern trad metal that is guitar heavy. An element of the doomy end early Judas Priest, while other tracks like 'Again And Again' is very much the funk end of Black Sabbath. A distinct touch of FNM and RHCP.

There is that young indie feel too to some tracks. 'Antichrist' is more disjointed, while 'Serpent Serpentine' is mid temp early Sabbath again with a touch of early 80s Ozzy.

Not that the singer sounds like Ozzy, but the melodies and harmonies are reminiscent. A high energy uptempo enjoyable listen.
