A fifteen song compilation from the TV series 'Sons Of Anarchy' that like any compilation is a mixed bag. The Forest Rangers back-up most of the vocalists on here and the pick of the album are Paul Brady's version of the Stones 'Gimme Shelter' and the Lions who do a modern take on Bob Dylan's 'Girl From The North Country'. 80's soul crooner Curtis Stigers surprises and delights in equal measure on 'John The Revelator' but Anvil are sadly found lacking on 'Slip Kid', mind you I have never quite understood all the fuss over this band are pub metal at best! Lovely version of 'What A Wonderful World' by Alison Mosshart (The Kills/Dead Weather), well worth hearing/downloading.
Having not seen the TV series like me you can still enjoy the music and there are some musical surprises to be enjoyed.
