DAN REED NETWORK Fight Another Day (Frontiers)
Fans will love the mix of old and new influences...a complete triumph, totally
relevant, and underlining a wonderful comeback that can only go from strength to
strength. (David Randall) |
|
|
PAUL GILBERT I Can
Destroy (earMUSIC)
... reveals new nuances with repeated plays. Paul Gilbert's
musical knowledge, breathless guitar playing and imaginative
arrangements shape the musical vision of a shredder with a
penchant for real songs. (Pete Feenstra) |
|
|
THE SENTON
BOMBS Mass Vendetta
(7Hard Records)
... intense rock 'n' roll riffs, tight ass rhythm
and the vocals of Joey Class who sounds like is a US
singer, yet the band hail from Blackpool. Well it is
famous for its rock... (Jason Ritchie) |
|
|
DIAMOND HEAD Diamond Head
(Dissonance)
This latest album will certainly energise their live setlist and is the band's
best effort since their heyday. Forever known as the "nearly men" of NWOBHM,
they've come up with a selection of songs that hark back to their formative
albums but also sound contemporary. (David Randall) |
|
|
NEMESEA Uprise
(Napalm Records)
Musically, there is a nice blend of riffage and electronica... Here's hoping
that ‘Uprise' will be just that, a new flowering for a really excellent sounding
band. (David Randall) |
