Albums of the Month
|
THE SHARPEEZ Wild One
(3MS Music)
"...there isn’t a weak track on here, while their very best efforts
such as ‘Automatic Mode’, ‘Losing Hand’, and ‘Heat Of The Night’ give this album
every right to be regarded as one of the best R&B albums of the year so far." (Pete Feenstra) |
|
|
SPOCK'S BEARD Noise
Floor (Inside Out)
"...an album full of wonderful music to be enjoyed again
and again. They wanted to go for a more melodic feel on the
songs and it is job done. This album will be featuring on the
year end ‘Best Of’ lists." (Jason Ritchie) |
|
|
ANDY
SUSEMIHL Elevation (SM Noise Records)
"This is an album that grabs you from the start and
engages until the last note. It must surely
“elevate” Susemihl amongst his peers, and – frankly
- not before time.." (David Randall) |
|
|
TED & MAJELLA Better
Together
(Turneround Music)
"...one of 2018′s finer albums, so far...There’s a consistency to this
album, and true craftsmanship, frequently lacking in these days of instant
gratification. In fact, the laid back, unhurried feel allows the listener both
reflection and restoration." (David Randall) |
|
|
MY INDIGO My Indigo (MVKA)
" ten, 3-4 minute, tracks of pure [adult orientated] pop perfection...The sound
of summer, for sure" (Pete
Whalley) |
